The Challenge

The Challenge

Home Depot's in-store systems relied on a mix of disconnected applications, corporate portals, and spreadsheets. Associates had no single place to track their numbers, see updates, or manage tasks, making it harder to serve customers efficiently. Leadership wanted to envision a solution that would streamline access to existing tools while also introducing new, empowering features in one place.

Home Depot’s in-store systems lived across multiple disconnected applications that couldn’t communicate with each other. Associates were forced to juggle inefficient workflows, limiting their ability to serve customers effectively. The modernization initiative set out to imagine a single, streamlined platform that would give associates everything they needed in one place.
