To address where social planning breaks down, I restructured the experience around a shared group space where conversation, decisions, and logistics live together. Instead of forcing one person to coordinate manually, Hal, a conversational AI, participates directly in group chat, helping surface decisions, prompt action at the right moments, and guide groups from discussion to follow-through without dominating the conversation.
